Send in four steps
- Tap Send on the home screen.
- Pick the recipient: type their @username or mobile number, scan their QR code, or open the pay link they shared.
- Enter the amount and, if you like, a message of up to 140 characters, such as "Morning coffee" or "My share of ftour".
- Check and confirm with your 6-digit PIN. The 0.1% fee is shown before you confirm.

Three ways to find someone
- @username: the safest if your friend gives it to you in writing.
- Mobile number: handy for someone you already know.
- QR code or link: face to face, scan their code; remotely, open their paymedaba.com/@username link. No RIB to read out.

Before you confirm: the check that prevents mistakes
Before confirming, the app shows the recipient's first name, last-name initial and @username. Take two seconds to make sure it is the right person: a confirmed transfer cannot be cancelled. If you made a mistake, read transfer sent by mistake.
If the transfer does not go through
- Not enough balance: top up by card, no fee, from 10 MAD.
- Limit reached: you went over your level's per-transfer or daily amount. Lower it or raise your limits.
- PIN refused: after 5 errors, the PIN locks for 15 minutes.
