What a transfer costs
Each transfer to another user costs 0.1% of the amount, paid by the sender. It is rounded up to the next centime and shown before you confirm with your PIN.

Example: you pay a colleague back 15 MAD for a taxi. 0.1% of 15 MAD is 0.015 MAD, rounded up to 0.02 MAD. Full details on the pricing page.
What costs nothing
- Receiving money.
- Topping up your balance by bank card.
- Withdrawing to your bank account.
- Opening and keeping your account. There is no subscription.

These limits are planned for launch and may change to meet regulatory requirements.

Check and raise your limits
Your current limits and what you have sent today are shown in the Profile tab. To reach level 1, verify your identity with your CNIE and a selfie. The review usually takes under 24 hours.
If a transfer or top-up goes over your limit, the app tells you before anything happens. Lower the amount or raise your level.
